SHIPPING
- USA & Territories delivery 3 to 5+ days after shipping
- International shipping temporarily suspended due to global shipping complications🙇
- Allow up to one week for processing time. Orders are shipped via USPS with insured tracking by default. Sticker-only orders can forego this by choosing Letter Mail during checkout.
- You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Those who choose Letter Mail for sticker-only/small & thin orders will receive a shipped notification email.
- Mixed orders will have sticker shipping refunded 👍
- Delays outside of our control may occur; keep an eye out on our social media for general updates, or get in touch with us directly via the contact form.
POLICIES
By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:
- Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final.
- Refunds can be issued if your order has not shipped; please provide documentation (order number/confirmation email, & name attached to order) if requesting a refund.
- Understand that once orders have been sent to the post office, we have no control of the shipping process, and are not liable for stolen or lost packages. Please contact your post office first to explore the options available; if your order returns to our mailbox we'll let you know immediately.
- If requesting an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with documentation if you've received an incomplete or erroneous order.
- All purchases are for personal use only. Reproduction, AI, and commercial use of any of our products is prohibited.
